Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development & Implementation

• Design and develop AI/ML models and solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Implement predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent features using Salesforce Einstein and external AI frameworks
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for Salesforce data processing and insights generation
• Integrate third-party AI services and APIs with Salesforce applications

Salesforce Platform Engineering

• Develop custom AI-enabled components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Configure and customize Salesforce Einstein features including prediction builder, recommendations, and discovery
• Design scalable data models to support AI/ML workloads within Salesforce architecture
• Implement automated testing frameworks for AI-enhanced Salesforce solutions

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to identify AI/ML opportunities
• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer
• Stay current with Salesforce AI/ML capabilities and industry best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform development
• Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Background in predictive analytics and machine learning pipelines
• Knowledge of data modeling and scalable architecture design
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
